Instructions:
1. Place the slicer on a smooth and clean flat workbench and confirm that it is stable.
2. Place the food to be processed in the corresponding cutting area of the fuselage workbench, and adjust the distance between the thickness baffle and the blade, controlling the thickness of the slice.
3. Lift the knife handle by hand until the blade is just above the height of the food material, and push the food material toward the thickness baffle until it resists the thickness baffle.

Sharpening Method:
